About EASE
About EASE
Two Individuals.
Two Different Backgrounds.
One Common Understanding.
Artur Nowacki and Faraaz Khan, the founders of EASE, share a common belief that in life, what matters is not what is happening to you, but what you do with what is happening. That belief led them to strive to answer the questions, what could your life be like? Leaving people with a better understanding of themselves is an essential aspect of the vision.
It all began in the brutal world of Muay Thai. Art and Faraaz worked together with the training of high-level professional athletes. Over time, it became clear that through the framework of Muay Thai, athletes became successful in the sport while also exemplifying substantial individual and personal growth. That reality was what Artur and Faraaz were looking for; this was their calling. Seeking to pursue the idea further, it was evident that the box of combat sports was too confining, and Art and Faraaz separated ways for a short while.
Working independently, both Art and Faraaz attempted to reach out to others, helping them understand the widely misunderstood reality of what life is and what it could be. In completely different environments, both Art and Faraaz cultivated their separate practices, providing tremendous value to countless individuals. After a few short years, Art and Faraaz decided to reassemble and combine their experiences, expertise, and methods to create something new.
The methods and practices of EASE Performance Coaching have been tried and tested over decades through unique experiences. With countless success stories behind us, we strive to reveal to individuals what their lives could be, what potential they have within themselves, and what opportunities the realization of that potential would reveal. Through this vision, we make certain our clients are better off than when we found them.
